We look for:

  • Top 25% MCR, High Loyalist Count, and Satisfactory Recertification Grades

  • 1.5+ years at Hello Sugar

  • Manager Recommendation

What’s the Deal?

The Elevate Program connects ambitious Hello Sugar Estheticians to investment capital. We help you write the next chapter of your story.

  • Hello Sugar Franchises cost less than $62K to start. The Elevate Program covers most of this; Estheticians are expected to contribute $5000

  • The Elevate Program offers investment; not a loan. Esthetician-owners will have majority ownership of their business

  • Esthetician-owners have access to powerful business tools and seasoned mentorship

What does it take?

Becoming an owner will involve a lifestyle change and added responsibility.

You must be ready to wear all the hats that come with being a business owner:

  • Willing to relocate to secondary markets

  • Must work at least 20 hours/week

  • Train additional staff and a location manager

  • Must manage the salon until it is a stand-alone system
